SpreadsightSelf-service analysis for small businesses
For shops, cafés, salons, trades, online stores and more

Your sales data already knows how to grow your business.

Upload your sales, costs, stock, staff or any other spreadsheet and get a clear dashboard, plain-English tips and a report you can share, in under a minute.

  • Upload an Excel or CSV file: most till, booking, invoicing and online-shop exports work, or any spreadsheet with a date and an amount
  • See your best and quietest days, top sellers, biggest costs, what to reorder, wage costs and more
  • Open your sales file first, then your costs, stock or staff file, to see profit, weeks of stock left and wages as a share of sales
  • Cleans messy data for you: duplicates, test sales, refunds and typos
  • Proves the figures: every total is added up a second way and checked for common mistakes
  • Get practical tips, like when to run an offer or how to win customers back
  • Your file stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

What should my file look like?

One row per sale, booking, invoice or item sold. Excel, CSV, Numbers, OpenDocument, JSON, Parquet, a text file, or a table in a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file. You can also paste the cells straight in. It needs a date column and an amount column. If your workbook has several sheets, you can choose which one to use. A time, item or service, quantity, order or invoice number or customer column makes the insights richer. Most systems have an "Export" or "Download CSV" option in their sales, bookings or invoices section.
