About these terms

These terms apply when you use Spreadsight, provided by [your business name], [address]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Spreadsight analyses files you choose to open, in your own browser. It gives figures, charts, tips and forecasts to help you understand your business. Tips and forecasts are estimates based on your data and are not financial, legal, tax or employment advice. Check anything important with a qualified adviser.

Your data and your responsibilities

Your files stay on your device, and you are responsible for them, including any personal data they contain. Only use files you have the right to use, and keep your own backups. Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or resell it without our permission.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make Spreadsight accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
